What are the significant disclosures at EFM
- All EFM Funds are based in Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and recognised as an Alternative Investment Fund pursuant to the law of 12th of July 2013.
- All EFM Funds are deemed useful and necessary for the accomplishment of its object remaining always within the limitations set forth by the AIFM Law.
- All EFM Funds are subject to the adopted general risk management policies.
- Investments in all EFM funds involve certain risks that may lead to capital loss.
- Any investor who is considered, or may be treated on request, as a Professional Client as defined in MIFID, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (EU Directive 2014/65/UE).
- For the purposes of Article 6 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation, the AIFM confirms that the investments underlying the above listed funds do not take into account the EU Criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
- All EFM Funds adopt LPA GAAP as the accounting standard and considered as tax transparent & neutral.
- All EFM Funds provide Net Asset Value (NAV) to its investors on monthly basis.
- Financial statements of all EFM Funds are made available to investors within six (6) months of the end of the financial year.
